Beyond Mom Ambassadorship terms

The Ambassadorship is an invitation to show Beyond Mom to your people every week. In return you keep a comped Bea Concierge family for as long as you are in the program, and you earn through the existing Beyond Mom affiliate rails on the families who join through your link. These terms are version 2026-10-02. A material change is published as a new dated version.

Who can be an ambassador

You must be eighteen or older, have a confirmed email, and hold a guardian seat on your own Beyond Mom family. There is no follower minimum. Applying is free, and no purchase is ever required to apply, to be approved, or to stay in the program.

Enrollment and your application content

Enrollment opens a one-time AI allowance with a daily limit so you can try Beyond Mom and create three original pieces: a video of you using Beyond Mom, a genuine review explaining “Why I rate Beyond Mom 5 stars and the number one Mom App,” and an Instagram story. Only make claims that reflect your honest experience. Upload each original video separately to Instagram and TikTok; do not repost a video downloaded from Instagram onto TikTok. Submit five links through your Ambassador Dashboard: Instagram product video, Instagram story, Instagram review video, TikTok product video, and TikTok review video. Include a private story screenshot and confirm the disclosure and content permissions below.

The dashboard shows usage as estimated actions from one shared AI allowance. A daily pause resets the next day if application usage remains. If that allowance runs out before you finish, explain why and request more usage from the dashboard for operator review. Approved extensions retain the daily limit. Final content submission pauses AI immediately until approval, even when usage remains; an extension cannot override this lock. Your dashboard, submitted records, and non-AI controls remain available during review.

Your monthly Ambassador benefit

Approved ambassadors receive Bea Concierge features and a shared monthly AI allowance. Chat, voice, photos, documents, and other AI features use that same allowance. When it runs out, wait for the monthly reset or add capacity through the existing paid-plan flow. Approved ambassadors receive 40% off web plan purchases. A purchased plan adds its allowance to the Ambassador allowance; complimentary access alone is not a purchased plan. Keep a paid plan when you want that additional capacity. Existing billing and cancellation controls remain available, including management of Apple subscriptions through Apple.

What each week asks for

One TikTok post, one Instagram post, and two Instagram stories, each one filed on your Ambassador page with its link. A story is filed with a screenshot, because a story disappears before anyone can check it. Program weeks run Monday through Sunday in America/Chicago for every ambassador, so everyone is on the same clock. Your first week starts the Monday after you are approved.

Make up posts and pauses

You can file up to twenty distinct posts per program week, including catch-up posts. Extra posts make up missing items of the same kind: a TikTok for a TikTok, an Instagram post for an Instagram post, and a story for a story. The same published post earns credit only once. If life makes a week impossible, write to us and we can grant a pause. A paused week is not counted against you at all, and nothing you already filed is lost.

Notices, warnings, and a program pause

Missing items are counted against what the weeks have asked for. At four missing items you get a notice. At six you get a warning. At eight, which is two full weeks of posts, the program pauses for you: the comped Bea Concierge family ends and your link stops attributing new families. Commissions you already earned keep paying on the published schedule. A pause is not a door closing forever. Write to us and we can talk about reinstating you, and when we do, the requirement restarts from the next program week rather than carrying old gaps forward. If you would rather start over from the beginning, you can apply again sixty days after a program pause.

The disclosure duty

United States Federal Trade Commission endorsement rules require you to disclose a paid relationship clearly and in a place people will actually see it. Every video and every caption you post for this program has to say it. The sentence we use is “Ad: I get free Beyond Mom access and may earn a commission.” Say it out loud, put it on the screen, and put it in the caption. The captions in your kit start with it. Put it near the start of a video and on every story frame. Do not make unsupported product, income, savings, medical, or health claims, and do not imply that Beyond Mom is a substitute for medical or legal advice.

The content license

You keep everything you make. By filing a post for this program you give Beyond Mom a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to reshare, repost, and feature that post and stills from it across Beyond Mom channels and marketing, with credit to you. You can end that license for future posts at any time with written notice to us, and we will stop using new posts. Anything already published stays up unless we agree otherwise in writing. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post, including the rights to any music, footage, and people in it, and that everyone recognizable in it has agreed to appear.

What you earn and when you are paid

Ambassador earnings run on the existing Beyond Mom affiliate terms. A family who joins on a eligible Bea Concierge monthly plan through your link earns you $27 a month for as long as they keep paying, and a family who joins on an eligible Bea Concierge annual plan earns you $300. Other plans do not earn these commissions. Commissions are earned on money actually collected, are held for the published hold window, and may be reduced or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, duplicate or ineligible attribution, or policy violations. A completed W-9 is required before a first payout, and payout also requires the hosted provider identity checks, payout onboarding, the published threshold, and risk clearance. This launch supports Stripe Connect payouts to eligible US bank accounts in USD. Payout requests open after the secure tax-review process is ready; earned balances remain visible in the meantime. You are responsible for your own taxes. Earnings are not guaranteed. Commissions you have already earned continue to pay after a program pause.

Program integrity

Beyond Mom may reject a filed post that does not carry the disclosure, does not match the kind of post it was filed as, is not public, or is not genuinely yours, and will always give a reason. Beyond Mom may pause a link, hold a payout for review, and end an ambassadorship for abuse. The comped family is for your own household use; reselling access, sharing the account outside your family, or automated usage is not part of it. Applicable law, the affiliate program terms, and the main Beyond Mom terms also apply.
